Resilience: 2 Sides of the Coin

Breathe.  All the way out.

How do you put gas back in your tank?  What’s good for the soul and replenishing for your stores?  What does it mean to really stop and take stock for you?

This week is a gentle reminder that we have permission to pause.  Yes we’re going to need to work through, but equally if we get too headstrong we might miss the good stuff.
