How Organisations Learn

Does anyone actually ask the question “how do organizations learn?”? I feel like we have a lot of conversations about individuals learning… and then assume that if individuals are learning then that will translate into the organization also knowing. But isn’t that similar to assuming that if all the functional parts of our business do their bit that will add up to customer value? So in this video, I share one of the tools I learned that help me to systematize learning into an organization.
